Training & Courses

Here at Stonehouse Farm we feel that it is important to teach not just riding, but what actually is involved with the caring for and owning a horse. Therefore offer a number of activities and courses for different ages and abilities. below is a list of what we currently have on offer:

Stable managment

We run Stable managment classes for all abilities, starting from learning the basic points of the horse, how to groom and lead a horse right up to clipping a horse and knowing the signs of lameness and illness in a horse.

All Stable Managment Classes are done to the ABRS standards and are signed off to head office on completion.
